Refund policy

DELIVERY & DAMAGES

We take great care in packaging your items, and all parcels are marked as fragile. However, minor shedding of delicate dried flowers during transit is natural and does not impact the overall appearance of the arrangement.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss, damages, or delays caused by the courier.
  • Expenses incurred during transit.

In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours  of delivery with a photo of:

  1. The damaged box with the shipping label visible.
  2. The damaged item (both in one photo).

We will submit a claim on your behalf to the courier service for insurance. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed, as the courier company determines the claim outcome. If the claim is rejected, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or custom orders. Please carefully review product descriptions and dimensions before placing your order. Additionally, we cannot accept refund requests for items that were received in good condition but later became damaged due to improper care. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the event of a refund/return or insurance claim being successful, you will need to send the piece back to us - shipping will be at your cost.

Once received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
