TERMS & CONDITIONS 
EFFECTIVE WEDNESDAY 13TH NOVEMBER 

MAJOR PRIZE PACKAGE

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Australia. Employees, affiliates, and partners of Pretty Dead Flowers and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on Wednesday 13th November 2024 7pm, and ends on Sunday 1st December 2024 5pm (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter - Major Prize 1 Winner
To enter, participants must:
1. Purchase any product, of any value online at www.prettydeadflowers.co from 7pm Wednesday 13th November 2024, up until 5pm Sunday 1st December 2024 to automatically go into the draw. Each transaction will result in 1 entry. 
2. Follow Pretty Dead Flowers official Instagram & Facebook pages.
3. Like, share & tag 2 friends on the announcement post
- Interacting (commenting/tagging/sharing) with any of our social media posts during the competition period will result in 1 x additional entry
4. Each participant is allowed unlimited entries.

For example - Customer A makes a purchase online = 1 x entry.

Customer A purchases again online a week later = 1 x additional entry.

Customer A then Likes, tags & shares the announcement post  = 1 x additional entry.

4. Prize Details - Major Prize
The winner will receive a weekend getaway package, which includes:

Please note that the prize is only valid for redemption on the weekend of 13-15th December 2024. The winner must be available during these dates, as the prize cannot be transferred, rescheduled, or redeemed for an alternative date. Prize is non refundable, and non negotiable. If the winner is local & not requiring flights; the prize will exclude the flights, however, all other items will remain a part of the prize, including accommodation. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The draw will take place on Sunday 1st December 2024 at 7pm. The winners will be notified via telephone immediately after the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, or if they are unable to attend on the specified weekend dates, an alternate winner will be selected at random.This will occur until a winner claims.

 
6. Publicity
By participating, entrants agree to allow Pretty Dead Flowers to use their names, social media handles, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions
- Pretty Dead Flowers reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
- Prize is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable and non-negotiable. 
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.
- The winner is responsible for catching all flights, transfers in the allotted time, - Missed flights/transfers (outside of airline changes) will result in the forfeiture of the prize
- Names for flight tickets are required to be submitted no later than 10am Wednesday 4th of December to Pretty Dead Flowers.
- On check-in to your hotel, you may be required to place a security deposit upon entry to your room. Pretty Dead Flowers and it’s representatives are not liable for damages and additional service charges incurred during your stay

8. Liability Release
By entering, participants agree to release Pretty Dead Flowers and any affiliated entities from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

9. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the course of the giveaway will be handled in accordance with Pretty Dead Flowers’s Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
This giveaway is subject to the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate Australian courts. Neither Pretty Dead Flowers nor any of its officers, employees, contractors or agents, has any liability for any loss or damage of any nature or for injury or death, sustained in connection with the promotion or any prize, except any minimum liability which cannot be excluded by law (if any).
